Grand Taj Curry &amp; Grill opened in the Grand Plaza Hotel in August, operated by former Hard Rock Caf\u00e9 chef Kotwal M. Singh. The spacious restaurant is on the second floor of the Tumon hotel, next to Tumon Bay Lobster &amp; Grill.<\/p>\n<p>Grand Taj offers a lunch buffet and a la carte dinner menu with many classic Indian dishes included. The restaurant offers military with ID a 15% discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages.
